Getting clothes made on a short Bangkok trip
The one thing that makes the biggest difference is when you start.
Plenty of people have clothes made during a few days in Bangkok. It works best when the order is planned around the trip, not squeezed in at the end of it.
Start on day one, or before you arrive
The first appointment is where you choose cloth and have your measurements taken. After that, the garment has to be made, and you’ll want time for a fitting and any adjustments. The earlier the first appointment happens, the more room there is for everything after it.
If you can, message us before you land with your dates and what you’d like made. The first appointment can then be on your first or second day.

What to bring
- Your departure date and time. Everything is planned backwards from it.
- The shoes you’ll wear with the suit, if you have them with you. They affect trouser length.
- Anything you like the fit of: a jacket, a shirt, a pair of trousers.
- Photos of styles you like. A picture on your phone is easier than a description.
Be realistic about how much you order
A package like Executive Gentleman (two suits, two extra pairs of trousers and three shirts) is a lot of garments. It can be done on a short trip, but tell us your dates first so we can plan the fittings properly.
If your days are full
Fittings don’t have to happen at the shop. Hotel fittings can be arranged for customers staying in Bangkok, and finished garments can be delivered to your hotel. If you run out of time entirely, garments can be shipped to you.
About 24-hour orders
Some orders can be finished within 24 hours. Not every garment, and not every order. If time is very tight, ask us before you rely on it, and we’ll tell you what’s realistic for your dates.
The best plan: message us your flight date first. Everything else follows from it.
