From the cloth wall to a garment that fits
The order of things is the same whether you visit the shop, see us at your hotel or order from abroad. What changes is where it happens.
The first thing we’ll ask is when you leave Bangkok. Everything else is planned around that date.
The stages of an order

In the shop. Consultation
In the shop, at your hotel or over WhatsApp. We talk about what the clothes are for, how you like things to fit, and your dates. Bring photos of anything you like the look of, and anything you already own that fits well.

A suiting swatch book on the table. Choosing the cloth
From the wall and the swatch books. We’ll suggest cloth that suits the climate you’ll wear it in and how often you’ll wear it, then narrow it down with you. Linings, buttons and details are chosen now too. The cloth we work with.

Chest, waist, shoulders, arms, back and legs, plus how you stand. If you’re ordering from abroad, we’ll tell you exactly which measurements we need and how to take them.

You try the garment on, move in it, sit down, reach forward. We check the shoulders, collar, chest, sleeves and trouser length, and note what needs changing. Say what you feel, not only what you see. What happens at a fitting.

Finishing details. Adjustments and finishing
The changes from the fitting are made, and the garment is finished: buttons, pressing, the final details. If something still isn’t right, tell us.

Collect your garments from the shop, have them brought to your hotel, or have them shipped to you abroad.
How long it takes
It depends on what you order, how many pieces, and how many fittings you need. Tell us your departure date at the start so we can plan what can be ready in time.
24-hour orders: some orders can be finished within 24 hours. This isn’t possible for everything. Ask us before you order and we’ll say whether yours can be.
Message us your flight date first. It’s the one thing we need to plan everything else.
